Cape Cornwall

Along the entire English coast, there is only a single cape.

  1. Normally land with sea water on three sides is called a headland, if very large then a penninsula, long and narrow generally becomes a promontary. However, when a headland has a significant effect on currents then it qualifies as a cape. Be warned!
