You may be a great sea-kayaker but clearly lack any imagination or you might have found plenty to occupy you on North Ronaldsay. There is little laid on, of course, you actually have to walk about and seek things out for yourself.
I was also unimpressed by the fact that you seemed to have failed to take in just how fierce weatherf and tides can be, even in summer.
Finally “Stay away. In fact, that pretty much goes for the rest of the Orkney Islands too…” seems to sum up your whole attitude. Pity you didn’t.
